December 2003
The original studio tracks were recorded in my parents' basement, Newton, KS.

May 2004
The live tracks were performed and recorded in the RTV Lab at the annual Bethel College Basement Bash, North Newton, KS.

August 2009
The album was mixed and compiled in my house in Newton, KS. Released on bandcamp.com.

July 2018
Three unreleased tracks from the same era were re-discovered and a new track (with elements from the time) was recorded and added to the mix. As well as the missing second verse on track 2.

Track 1 features BeckyB.
Track 2 features Kristen with a K.

Track 8 features Huge Nuge, suSpence, and BeckyB.
